*All the equipment or software or tools provided by BMS Electronics Will keep you confidential.

*You are agree to pay some security amount decided by BMS Electronics as a security, these amount is refundable if you are not agree to work with us.

*All the partner have to undergo a training period of 7 days either online or offline decided by BMS Electronics.

* The security amount taken by our partner has a locking period of six months before that you will not be able to remove our partnership.

*A special discount of 10 % will be given in charger purchase by you for reselling on sharing the partner code.

*All chargers which come to you for the service purpose, the company will give you sixty rupee per charger for servicing.

*All the components provided to you by the company have to make entry on your service register or website.

* All the defective components or charger board , you have to send to company within one month.

*The company has the right to change, modify or remove terms and condition in accordance with the company policy.

* All the terms and condition are mandatory and must be followed in case of violation of these terms and condition the security will not be refunded and may be legal action taken.

* You are agree to take reasonable price in case of warranty void i.e. maximum amount of charge should not be greater than rupee 400.

*Agree not to give Warranty services in case of physical damage or seal broken.

BMS Electronics has the right to assign its rights and duties to any party at any time without prior notice to you. BMS Electronics shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the web site. You understand that your user account is non-transferable. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India.
